Yoga We have a fully qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher living close by - Brenda Blades. Brenda has various yoga sessions throughout the week in her yoga yurt or platform with a wide range of groups to suit everyone at any age. Brenda also gives private lessons either at El Nidito or at her yoga space. Sessions lasting approx. 1 and a half hours.
